My third sifu Mr. Zang Xuefan, inheritor of GM Li Ziming and Guo Gumin, is the third generation of Liang-style Bagua, chairman of Jiling Bagua Association. Following him from 1995, by walking circle three years, I turned myself from external to internal school and known the difference between them. I have 50-60 Bagua-mates as well and between them there are several go-getters in push-hand and fighting skills, such as Tu Guozhu, Cui Lei, Zhang Baofu, Li Weidong, Sun huanyou, Liu Zhenqiang, Dai Dapeng and others. By this condition I improved myself quite much. Especially Mr. Gao Guangda, a bosom friend of my sifu and the chief coach ever of the Provincial Sanda
Team, taught me some useful and practical skills.
